Job Overview

As a Manager of Media & Content Creation, you will play an important role in shaping the voice of our brand and driving engagement through forcing media and content. You will oversee the creation, (success plan(s)/way(s) of reaching goals), and management of (combining video, sound, words, and pictures together) content across many (raised, flat supporting surfaces), securing/making sure of (state of always working or appearing the same way) in messaging and a strong connection with our target audience. This position needs/demands a (showing the ability to create interesting new things), highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for acts of telling stories (or lies) and a deep understanding of (computers, web sites, sound files, etc) (popular things/general ways things are going).

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum16 years of education in marketing / Business Administration / strategic management / Journalism / Computer Science / Mass Comms / Research / Media or a related field from HEC recognized university.
• Post-qualification experience in writing, content creation, digital marketing, media handling, or campaign management must be at least eight years. For this position, candidates with prior expertise in the IT/tech area would be given preference.
• Project activities, primarily planning, implementation, and coordination for prompt activity initiation and task completion, will be carried out under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Branding.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Content (success plan(s)/way(s) of reaching goals) & Planning
  Develop and do/complete a complete and thorough content (success plan(s)/way(s) of reaching goals) that matches up with/makes even with the company’s overall marketing goals and brand voice.
• Work together with the marketing, PR, and design teams to create content that stirs up interest in target audiences across different digital (raised, flat supporting surfaces).
• Stay up-to-date with (increasingly popular or common events or behaviors in an industry) and content best practices to keep our approach fresh and engaging.

Media & Content Creation

• Lead and manage the creation of original content including blog posts, articles, videos, graphs or charts that give information, (sets of audio/video files), and other (combining video, sound, words, and pictures together) formats.
• Oversee the development of visual valuable things, securing/making sure of they match up/make even with brand guidelines and improve acts of telling stories (or lies).
• Manage content calendars and secure/make sure of appropriately-timed delivery of media projects.

Content Distribution & Optimization

• Distribute content across many (raised, flat supporting surfaces), including websites, social media, email newsletters, and third-party media.
• Monitor and improve (as much as possible) content performance, carefully studying numbers that measure things and KPIs to secure/make sure of content meets engagement and (changing from one form, state, or state of mind to another) goals.
• Work closely with SEO and digital marketing teams to secure/make sure of all content is much-improved for search engines and user experience.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Lead a team of content creators, editors, and media professionals, providing guidance, support, and (reactions or responses to something/helpful returned information) to secure/make sure of high-quality output.
• Foster a group work (surrounding conditions) where (showing the ability to create interesting new things) ideas are encouraged and developed.
• Provide training and development opportunities to the creating documents team to improve skills and working well and getting a lot done.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

• Secure/make sure of all media and content match up/make even with the company’s brand identity, tone, and messaging.
• Review and approve all outgoing content to maintain (state of always working or appearing the same way) and quality standards.
• Establish and enforce content guidelines, making sure of loyalty across all media and (raised, flat supporting surfaces).

Project Management

• Manage many media and content projects (at the same time), meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to gather needed things, set (things that are the most important), and deliver content on schedule.
• Oversee budget and useful thing/valuable supply setting apart and distributing for media and content attempts (to begin something new).

skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, (newspaper writing), Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in media/content creation, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Skill in content management systems (CMS), (ways of writing, reading, and watching news, opinions, videos, etc.), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut), graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and (information-giving numbers) tools (e.g., Google (information-giving numbers)).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid media (series of actions to reach goals) and content increase/(making something clear).
• (state of knowing someone or something well) with SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
• Knowledge of newly-visible technologies and content (popular things/general ways things are going) (e.g., AR/VR, (sets of audio/video files), interactive media).
• Experience working with external (services businesses/government units) or contractors.
