Key Responsibilities:

By leading the development team in the creation of user-centric solutions that accommodate a range of needs, you will assume responsibility for the software architecture. Collaboration, inclusivity, and effective project delivery will be your main priorities as you outline architectural designs and provide technical leadership. In addition to providing time estimates and ensuring fair task distribution among team members, you will deconstruct difficult requirements.

With a strong emphasis on quality, you will manage the complete release process, including deployments across SIT, QA, and Production. As a mentor, you will support the growth of skills and encourage a variety of viewpoints to lead to creative solutions. Your ability to solve problems will be crucial for promptly resolving code-level issues, and your knowledge of tools, technologies, and procedures will guarantee that we’re creating inclusive, high-quality platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

•  9+years of software development experience, along with 5+ years of designing and implementing enterprise-class products.
•  Expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, .NET Core, Web Services) and inclusive development practices
• Hands-on experience with accessible web technologies such as ReactJS, TypeScript, KendoUI, Webforms, CSS, and HTML.
• Proficiency with enterprise applications, microservices, containers, and service orchestration.
• Strong command of SQL Server, Git, GitFlow, and Linux.
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment.
